We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. How do you ship packages?

Our products are held at 4 different fulfillment centers across the USA, Canada and Mexico. Packages are shipped from one or more of our fulfillment centers based on what you order. This means that you might receive more than 1 package and at different times.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to due to Covid-19 complications. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that you are responsible for any custom fees. Please know that we do try to adhere to each countries individual import policies. While we do our best to make sure that we don’t ship prohibited products into Canada or other countries, it is up to you to double check your country’s import policies before ordering.  Please know that while Kombat APE can’t guarantee our import restrictions are up to date. It is the responsibility of the customer (you) to make sure your the items you are ordering comply with the import regulations of your country. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. In some cases you might not to keep shipping costs low for you. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days and have questions, please contact us at support@kombatape.com 

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at support@kombatape.com

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons and to keep shipping costs low for you, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. This is also due to us having 4 different warehouses that we fulfill our products from 2 being in the USA 1 in Canada and 1 in Mexico.
